Taylor Auguston is an owner and manager of Keweenaw Park Properties, LLC, a residential property management company located in the Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan. Rooted in family principals, he understands the importance of not only providing his renters with a place to live but creating a sense of home and safety. As a Copper Country native, and a seasoned customer service professional, Taylor recognizes and values the trust his renters place in Keweenaw Park Properties and strives every day to exceed their expectations. He provides a quality renting experience by building strong relationships with his renters and more importantly, maintaining those relationships by communicating effectively and his commitment to follow through.

Rooted in Family.

Taylor started his professional career working for his father’s business, Keweenaw Park Transport Company — serving as manager he was responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from customer service, finances and sales to business development efforts. Taylor observed and grew from his father’s natural ability to build trust in his customers which would shape the foundation of his work ethic today. As a new Dad himself, Taylor hopes to instill the same guiding principals in his son as his father did to him.

Local Familiarity.

Born and raised in Hancock, Michigan, Taylor knows all about what an amazing place this is. He grew up playing hockey at the local rinks, attended Michigan Tech and looks forward to the snow so he can meticulously plow his properties… yeah he’s pretty weird, eh? His familiarity with the local area allows him to stay relevant with the needs and wants of his customers.
